iMovie App: Fullenkamp Family Video- Christmas 2012

Every year my husband's family does  a Christmas video usually they are sweet, Christmas themed and are well planned out.  This year not so much!  We had some CRAZY kids.  There was no way they were following a script.  Have no fear, I whipped out my iPad and booted up the iMovie app and well, it turned out.  It was super easy to make and it accounted for all of the crazies in my life.  In terms of apps it comes in a bit pricy at $4.99 but I can totally see myself using this time and time again.  Here is the link at the app store.  It did take up quite of bit of memory on my iPad but you are able to compress it once you are finished with the editing process.  As you may be able to tell, we used the retro theme for the first part and the super hero theme for the second.  There are 12 others to choose from.  This has been one of my favorite things ever!  I cannot wait to use this for right to read week.  Have you used the iMovie app yet?  How was your experience?  Any other apps that you recommend?  Thanks so much for stopping by!

P.S.  Just found this blog: Sent from my iPad and she is having a linky party about apps, I think I'm going to post today instead of next week.   I cannot wait to hear others favorite apps.  :-D  Exciting isn't it!

P.P.S. I'm also linking up with Technology Tailgate for her Techy Tuesday Link Up.  :-D

  2. Thanks for sharing. It is great to see a finished video from an iPad with iMovie. I have iMovie on my iMac and I love it. I've made some great wedding videos for my nieces and my daughter has made some great home videos. I have an iPad but I haven't downloaded the app. Just don't know if I really see myself using it or not, I usually use my iPhone for video and then import to the computer. I love your video - Super Cute! You've given me something to think about, now to decide if I will really use the app or not. I'm famous for buying apps and then not really using them enough to get my moneys worth!
